Great Saturday

Today started with a busy morning. Mowed the yard, fertilized the yard, pulled the engine out of the jeep and did a little company consult in between.

Afternoon much more enjoyable! I played in a golf tournament with some other coworkers. We shot a 60 as a team and won 1st place. I really played well which always makes for a good day.

Becki and I just finished watching a beautiful Panhandle sunset on the porch with a glass of wine. It just doesn't get any better.

A little sad today learning that the Pearl is gone. Very happy that Alan was able to sell it before it caused any problems. Sure had some good hunting and golfing trips in the Pearl!

empty feeling

In a few weeks this cavity should be filled with a new super duper bright shiny engine. I have a little detail work to do in the meantime.

out of there

Wasn't too hard. Borrowed the hydrolic lift from work and the the cross bar and chain gizmo I bought for the project. I really liked the way it worked.

stripped down

Well it is ready for the weekend.
Had to play a little golf so it's been
a little slow. Hope to start putting
things back together soon instead of taking
them apart.

Now it is an automatic. It will roll downhill
if pushed.

Decided to do a little work first.
